Account cum Admin Assistant

 

• Handle proper filing system
• Faxing of documents
• Answering of phone calls
• Daily updating of invoices, PO and issuing of cheques & other accounting duties
• Prepare monthly reports and fund management
• Accounts receivables, payables and cash flow management
• basic knowledge of Quickbooks accounting an advantage 
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N or O' levels
• Experience in administrative duties will be an advantage
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Word/Excel application
• Fluent in written and spoken English/Mandarin
• Willingness & with determination to learn with positive attitude & mindset
• Self motivated, highly organized & resourceful
• Candidate must possess initiative & able to work independently with the right attitude & aptitude
• Able to commence work within short notice
• min 2 years experience
• able to work independently  
• STRICTLY Singaporean or SPR Holder only

Requirements:

• Operate CNC milling machine
• Knowledge in Mastercam software and basic toolroom machineries (e.g. grinding; milling machines)
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (liaise with Chinese associates)
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing
